Meet Our Staff

While God and the Bible are the ultimate authorities for New Hope, we have a leadership structure in place to ensure the smooth operation and ministry of the church on a daily basis. Our leadership is comprised of a few essential parts: Elders, Deacons, and Staff.

Elders

Our elders provide vision, guidance, and oversee both the practical and spiritual life of our church. Their primary responsibility is to shepherd both our pastors and the congregation—leading us in prayer, guarding sound doctrine, and helping us grow in faith. They also give direction to the business and organizational side of the church so that every ministry remains focused on God's mission.

The men who serve as elders meet the biblical qualifications of Elders as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.

Deacons

Our Deacons serve the church by meeting the practical needs and supporting the work of ministry. Their role is rooted in service—caring for people, managing resources, and helping with the day-to-day responsibilities of church life.

By handling these important tasks, deacons free our elders to focus on spiritual leadership while ensuring that the church remains healthy, organized, and ready to serve others. Deacons model Christlike humility and remind us that every act of service, big or small, plays a part in advancing God's Kingdom.
