Frequently Asked Questions

We have Bible Study Small Groups that begin meeting at 9:00 AM — Childcare is available and newcomers are always welcome. Don’t have a group? Meet us in the lobby and we’ll get you connected to a group that’s the best fit for you!

We have one service at 10:30 AM — Our services begin with worship and our sermons are rooted in Scripture and sharing the Gospel of Jesus. We take communion every week and provide time at the end of the sermon to worship, reflect, and get baptized.

When you arrive on Sunday morning, our team of staff and volunteers are ready to greet you and help you feel at home. From checking in your kids to finding a seat in the worship center, we’re here and ready to help every step of the way.

We exist to be a place of new beginnings, where followers of Jesus have a heart for God and a love for people. As followers of Jesus, we recognize that in Matthew 28:19, He gave the Church a mission: to make sure everybody knows who He is, and to “go and make disciples of all nations.” Everything we do at New Hope is oriented around that truth.
Come as you are! You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to dresses and suit jackets—it’s all welcome here.

When you pull in, be on the lookout for our Guest Parking signs in front of the main entrance. Then, head in through the main doors–our welcome team will be ready to greet you. Whether you’re looking for a new small group, need help checking in your kids before service, or want help finding a seat in our Worship Center, we’re always available to help get you where you need to go.

We’re here to help make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible. We have signs around our building pointing you where you need to go, whether that’s to the Worship Center or one of our Kids Ministry areas. We also have greeters located at each entrance to the building and are ready to answer any questions you may have. We also have a Connect Desk and “New Here?” table in our Main Lobby with volunteers and staff members available to help.

Not if you don’t want to—we want you to feel comfortable and you’re welcome to check things out at your own pace. However, if you’d like to meet someone, ask questions, or need help figuring out where to go, our team is always available.

If you are new, we would love for you to fill out a Connect Card, which you can find at the seats in the Worship Center or at the Connect Desk. After every service, you can also find at least one of our pastors and a team of volunteers in front of the Worship Center stage ready to meet you and give you a gift. We would love to say hello!

We offer childcare in our Early Childhood area (first floor on the south end), with age-specific rooms for newborn babies through five years old. Head in through the entrance by the playground and our Early Childhood team will help you get your kids checked-in and into the right classroom.

If you plan on bringing your child into service with you, we also have a Family Room for families with children under five. It’s a quiet environment with toys and seating where parents can watch the service.

Elementary-age kids (grades 1–5) meet on the second floor. They start their time together with worship and a lesson before breaking into grade-specific rooms for pick-up.

Student Ministry (grades 6-12) meet in the Chapel (first floor on the north end) at 9:00 AM on Sunday mornings for grade-specific small groups.
