New Hope University

Are you seeking college credit, looking to deepen your Biblical knowledge, or aiming to earn a Master’s degree or Gap Year credits? New Hope University can help you achieve your goals.

Gap Year

Our objective for Gap Year students is to create an environment for students who have completed high school but are uncertain about their subsequent steps and aspire to pursue education centered on Christian ministry.

The courses outlined below may be undertaken and adapted to fulfill undergraduate requirements. The program will provide 30 credits, which may be transferable to other universities and institutions.

Graduate Studies

We endeavor to provide opportunities for individuals who have completed an undergraduate degree and are seeking to deepen their faith while pursuing a master’s program that prepares them for full-time ministry or a senior volunteer role within the church. This program offers a Master’s in Christian Leadership, which can be completed within one year. New Hope administers this 30-credit program in partnership with Anchor Christian University.

Equip Classes

We aim to provide these classes as opportunities for our church family to grow personally in their faith and discipleship. By auditing, individuals can enroll in classes through New Hope University to earn a certificate of completion, which will enhance their understanding of God’s Word and improve their ability to help lead God’s church, regardless of their current role. A small fee will be charged for audited classes, covering administration and online learning software. This audit will follow the same pathway as the other students involved.

In-Person Equip Classes

COMING SOON. Utilizing resources from New Hope University, in-person classes will be available several times a year for individuals seeking a foundational step in their faith journey. These classes aim to enhance both knowledge and confidence in one’s faith, as well as in the ability to share it with others. Participation in these classes will be complimentary, and they will convene on either a Sunday or Wednesday evening for a predetermined duration. They will be open to anyone interested in attending.

New Hope staff will provide the instructor (or Graduate Assistant) for all ministry-focused courses.
